Eviction and Foreclosure Moratoriums Currently, Arizona is but one of many other States that are facing a resurgence of Covid-19. In it's wake, Governor Doug Ducey extended the Eviction Moratorium from July 25th to October 31st to avoid the literal tsunami of evictions and foreclosures that potentially could come. Many other states have passed similar ordinances. In today's podcast, I will take the unpopular position of saying that they will hurt the economy.. and shouldn't be done.
