From a young age Codi Shewan was fascinated with people’s life stories. He would often cut out obituaries from his local newspaper and wanted to learn more about the lives of the individual’s in these obituaries. Codi took his passion to new heights as an adult, when he began working in the funeral home industry, and worked his way up to funeral home director. Codi had an epiphany, and he began to ask himself if individuals were truly living their lives as the greatest version of themselves, and if they were living their legacy everyday, rather than just leaving a legacy after they had passed away. In this episode Codi breaks down the lessons he has learned from his experiences, this inspired him to write his first book “Everyday Legacy”.
