Alisha leads branding, marketing and growth ensuring Hotchaa bridges Indian spice legacies and gourmet innovation.
Together, they founded Hotchaa under Anali Enterprises LLP a homegrown brand that celebrates Indian heat with international flavours. Their products are vegan, MSG-free, and created to elevate everyday meals into bold, memorable experiences.
