No one knows what this market will do over the next year or so, or if the rates will increase. But what I can tell you is, TODAY, the prices have never been higher, and we have never seen a stronger pool of buying power due to historically low interest rates. There is currently 57% less inventory than last year at this time and the Buyers are purchasing it twice as fast for a higher price. Ultimately, only you and your family know when it’s the right time to sell.
