It was a pleasure to interview this amazing sourdough creative baker, Hannah is an inspiration to all the bakers that are on the net, searching for advice. She is so dedicated to delivering to her audience the best ideas and recipe to utilize the sourdough fully. I was totally impressed by some of her ideas, and I am sure that she has what it takes to conquer the world of baking. She really is an authority when it comes down to discard. I will definitely try the Pan de Sal. She has started baking when she was very young, and she has mastered her passion thoroughly, but only since 2018, when she started baking sourdough, she got fascinated to share as much as she can and especially hor to utilize the "discard from the sourdough".
