Our Guest is Director of the Ventura County Sherif's Office of Emergency Services, Patrick Maynard. He tells us about the evolution of Ventura County's testing program, and explains the different types of tests available. We also travel to a surprising location that's done a good job including surveillance testing for Covid in their approach, and has so far done a much better job at controlling spread then other places.
