This week once again finds us trying an offering from one of our favorite beverage categories; bourbon. There are so many great choices on your local merchants shelves (and also many that are not), that making a choice can be intimidating to say the least. We, however, remain undaunted and are happy to dive right in and make a selection. Whether it be based on our own knowledge, curiosity, or the guidance of a trusted expert, we are always ready to try a new bourbon. For this week's episode we will be trying the Wolcott Bottled-In-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Bottled in bond is a term that means the liquor was the product of one distillation season by one distiller at one distillery. It must be aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. What did we think? What do you think?
