Taboo Talk featuring Lady Charmaine Day www.ladycharmaineday.com  Guest speaker Gina Rizzolo-Epstein.  Gina was born in Southern New Jersey on October 1963. She was a very good student. Her activities as a kid were Brownies and Girl Scouts. She left Pitman for New York City in 1984 to go to the Fashion Institute Technology. There she worked full time in the Fashion Industry while she went to school. She earned as Associates Degree In Fashion Merchandising and Buying. In 1999, she and three other women produced an Off-Off Broadway Show. It was then Gina decided to go to the New School University in New York City to get her undergraduate degree in Film Studies & graduated with honors in the Spring of 2004. She entered the Media Studies Graduate Program the following fall at the New School. In her first semester, she took a film theory class. In this class she met the accomplished documentary filmmaker Jesse Epstein. Once they both graduated they embarked on the adventure of owning their documentary filmmaking company J&G Media. Gina and Jesse were married in 2008. In 2013, at age 50, Gina gave birth to their beautiful daughter Myah. Gina volunteered as a speaker for NAMI's In Our Own Voice Program. The things Gina Rizzolo-Epstein is most passionate about are Motherhood, Women Rights, Ridding the world of Mental Health Stigma, and her family. After 33yrs of living in New York City, Gina and her family have moved to Costa Rica. In 2017, she embarked on a career as a blogger and writer.
