Gareth Pegg is Chairman of Brecon Northcote FC. He's also youth team manager and he still plays football. They're a grassroots club in Wales (Mid Wales Division 2) with an open door policy and a partnership with Brecon Mind - a mental health charity. Gareth discusses his own Mental Health and his relationship with football.

Speaking Out is a podcast exploring the relationship between football and mental health. Exploring a number of factors, one is the professional game and the pressures that Football as a career brings. We will also be looking into football as a recreational outlet to help deal with mental health problems. Through a series of interviews and discussion with a range of people in and around the game, we look to explore the current situation and discuss their personal experiences.
