Hey ya'll! I'm so glad you're here and we are on this journey together. I went from teaching elementary special education to opening two cookie dough cafes in less than a year. I did not hit the genetic lottery, I did it the old fashion way...a lot of hard work, research and using my own money to start this business. I want to take your hand and guide you, I don't want you to make the same mistakes I have. I've learned tons the hard way and I want to share it with you. You see, I am still very much on this entrepreneurship journey and I want to share my highs, lows and everything in between with you. I left the most secure job in the world of teaching to do one of the most risky things anyone can do, open a restaurant. Crazy? Absolutely! There's one thing about me that you will quickly learn though, I am SO much more afraid of regret than I am of failure!
