Today’s episode is a little different. Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I figured it would be nice to publish this episode that wasn’t going to come out until the other episodes I had in my queue were published. In this episode, the tables have turned. A former guest of the podcast and dear friend, Agi Heale, who is a leadership coach and author of the book, Generation Panic, decided to interview me so that listeners of this podcast could learn a little more about me, my thoughts on mental health, and the purpose of Ekho Academy.
