“From Death to New Creation” (Matthew 1:1-17)

Westside Reformed Church is a new church located in Cincinnati’s Westside. We began worshiping as a small group in July 2013 and have been growing together since. Though we are a new church, we are also very old. Confessing the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, the Athanasian Creed, and the Definition of Chalcedon, we locate our origin in the Ancient Church. We became a distinct denomination (“Reformed”) during the Reformation and confess the Three Forms of Unity (Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, and Canons of Dort). Our congregation is a mixture of families and singles, young and old. To perpetuate this multi-generational aspect of Christ’s Church, we are committed to educating our children in the basics of the faith. Not only do we desire that they worship with us when possible, but we also “catechize” (“instruct”) with a tool called the Heidelberg Catechism.
