Felipe Campusano grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. He graduated from Queens University with BSc. He moved to Japan shortly after graduation where while starting his own chain of English schools, he also learned the Japanese obsession with customer service. Felipe came back to attend University of Toronto to become a pharmacist and he knew he wanted to become an owner. The first day Felipe was licensed in 2006 he was also an owner of Red Lake Pharmacy, a deal he set up while studying for finals. Building a reputation for integrity and ethics, Felipe has enjoyed partnering with local pharmacists in order to keep stores independent. His focus on customer service in a hallmark of our stores.
