Employees locked in a bitter dispute over issues of race have filed 2 dueling lawsuits against the city of Fresno. A supervisor in the city’s code enforcement division is suing the city, claiming he was the target of false accusations of racism. In contrast, 2 other employees are suing because they allege those accusations of racism are true.
