Originally from Prague, Zuzana shares the story of her health struggles, going from weighing 42kg (6.6 stone) and suffering from Ulcerative Colitis to reclaiming her health through nutrition and changes to her diet, completely getting rid of the 'incurable' disease. But our focus was not just on the food, in fact it turned out to be only a small fraction of the bigger picture. We dived deep into the psychology and the role childhood experiences play in our development and how traumatic event can lead to lifelong health issues.
