Fiona is a Culture Change & Leadership Practitioner. She has recently released her book, Rules of Belonging which explores all aspects of building a great team culture. I love Fiona’s concept of providing the structure and expectations around what is acceptable to belong to your organisation. As humans we have a caveman survival instinct and need to belong to groups. Fiona expertly has taken this need, and built a framework on how this can use to build highly productive and successful workplace teams.
