Jared is usually behind the scenes writing articles and producing product reviews, but this week he goes in front of the camera to discuss his personal journey of wellness. Jared shares some key insights he has learned through his fitness pursuits and stresses the importance of being self aware of our own fitness habits and personal motivators.
