In my sixth solo episode of finding grace I share all things Solstice ( summer here ) as we move towards the second half of the year in the Northern hemisphere. I share my thoughts on the Solstice which is summer here and what it means to me. I invite you to think about what was going on for you in the last solstice, how were you feeling. I share what’s this solstice means, how it’s powerful when we cross over a season. Why we need to pause, reflect and review. I talk about the importance of listening to what’s going on for you, even if it conflicts to what’s being said about the time period because we all have different season points. Which is also important to listen too. I discuss why it’s never too late to begin again. I share about why it’s important think about what you’re feeling right now and use that to direct you where to go in the second half of the year.
