How are you sitting? How are you standing? Have you ever noticed your posture? How you go about your day in your body? Sometimes it's the smallest things that can impact your results. Today, I invite you to notice your posture. Are you able to roll your shoulders up, back, down and around. Can you loosen your jaw or release the tension in your belly? Sometimes the smallest adjustment in your posture can change how you feel; your energy levels, and how others interact with you in the world. Have a listen and let me know!
