During this winter blistery day, I invite you to find your calm through a simple 5 minute meditation. During this recording, there will be an opportunity for you to connect inwards, close down your eyes and simply allow your breath to rise and fall. A bell will signify the start and end of the meditation. If during the 5 minutes, you notice your thoughts wander, gently come back to your inhale and exhale breath. Loosen the tension in your jaw, neck and shoulders; release your belly. You can come back to this recording at any time to practice your 5 minutes of calm. Be well, Mel xo
