FEAR- The main objective of an abuser is to paralyze you, by creating an environment filled with fear.

This is my journey of breaking through the clouds and healing the scars of mental and verbal abuse. Like a caterpillar who breaks free of the cocoon and transforms into a butterfly you will hear my story that began with love and moved through all of the phases of heart ache, abuse and manipulation until I emerged on the other side as a beautiful butterfly using her wings to spread awareness, self-worth , and confidence to everyone she touches. Join me on this emotional journey along with other wonderful women who overcame similar experiences. I hope that something you hear helps you to realize your worth and continue to push forward through whatever challenges life has presented, knowing there is love and success on the other side.
