In honor of the Fall Equinox and the start of a new season, I wanted to share a message on my heart about the need to let go and empty ourselves of the things that no longer serve us. Just as the trees lose their leaves in Autumn to bloom new life in the Spring, we must make space from the old in order to fill us with new seeds, new life, and new opportunities.
