His weight now hovers around 250 lbs at 6'1". He still has weight to lose, but it's a heck of a lot better than when he weighed well over 500 lbs and was near real sickness and possibly death. Nobody can be perfect, but if you strive for perfection you can land on excellence. And Scott has definitely done that with his weight loss. FAILED WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY Scott had a gastric style surgery at 552 lbs. He got down to 276 lbs but tended to sit around 300 lbs. After, he put almost all the weight back on. Vinnie talks to lots of people who have similar experiences. And they feel terribly after the surgeries and struggle to get proper nutrients. There can be many complications. For Zone 2 exercise, how's the best way to do that? You can split up your exercise throughout the day so long as you're doing enough. 45 min in the morning and 45 min in the evening is plenty on the bike so long as you can get some longer rides in on the weekend.
