Mitton focused on using productivity, planning and communications tools like online schedules, Slack and in-person communications and site visits to ensure that you cover all your event to-do lists. Additionally, she and the audience spoke about the importance of crisis planning and the ability to pivot with unforeseen circumstances that might arise.
