Ayodele Olajiga is a management consultant and investment banker. He is also the founder of Foodpro, a food processing company based in Nigeria which produces cashew nut snacks, as well as the founder and board member for Teach for Nigeria, a non-profit organisation focused on eradicating educational inequity.
In the interview, Ayodele shares his experience growing up in Nigeria and how it influenced his perspective on the world. He also discusses his career path and the work he is doing to drive operational transformation in businesses and improve educational opportunities in Nigeria.
