Hemping across the USA? Joe Trigg, local farmer and former candidate for Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner, talks hemp and medical marijuana in Kentucky. Legislators in Frankfort continue to work legislation pertaining to medical marijuana's use in Kentucky. But, the problems farmers face before getting the product to consumers seems to be an even larger issue.
