In this episode Natalia is explaining what she means by the term grassroots initiatives and is visiting Singa Deutschland a social enterprise in Berlin that runs a business lab incubator for newcomers and a consulting project directed at other social initiatives in Germany who want to implement innovative projects that lead towards an inclusive society.
