Updates on showings of their home if they are a seller Updates on new homes (if any) that have come on the market, if they are a buyer What time would they like to receive updates?Often we forget to ask what the best time is to reach out and give these updates. Are you reading body language and actively listening for needs?We may carve out 30 minutes, 1-hour or 2-hours for an appointment with a potential client, but is that how long they actually will need? Some clients prefer a quick approach (give them the high level details and then let's sign the contract), and some clients will want more time to process and will want answers to many questions before they sign a contract with you. Are we giving them the time THEY need and want, or are we only taking into account how much time we ASSUME will be needed based on past appointments?
