Its like how veterans understand each other or how if you played a sport, you have war stories to share. IT’S PURE NETWORKING ON A LOCAL LEVEL: Pastors love to connect, but when we have local conferences the region is usually larger than just 15 minutes away from you and does not allow for guys in similar ministry barriers to meet. TAKING THE REIGNS: If your area does not have one and this is something that you are thinking about, you may have to take the initiative. Gather like minded pastors and men and start the process there.
