Miscellaneous
This week Alison talks about how to find rhythm in lockdown to create some semblance of order within, your homes whatever may be going on in the outside world. We can really anchor in a sense of rhythm which supports our children, ourselves and the family unit. This can be a time of seeing what works so we can carry this into the new normal which awaits us on the other side. By having rhythm in our days we have a way to weave magic and enchantment into the everyday.
