Sound engineers are artists too. Their contribution in the making of a song is as important as the composer and the lyricist, says Anil Chopra. Mr. Chopra started IRAA Awards where the name itself recognises sound engineers as not technicians but artists. IRAA is Indian Recording Arts Academy setup by him with this mission 16 years ago.
