In this episode Emma Cottam, founder of Isabella and Us. chats to Terri and Sanela from Grounded Parents Group chat all about How to Show Up & Be Brave in Parenting, using the metaphor of the ‘arena’. Terri and Sanela met as coaches, became friends and bonded as parents. They created Grounded Parents Group in 2018 as an act of rebellion seeing how difficult it is for parents to find a space for their own self development.
