FORGIVENESS: conversation and meditation/prayer. To be able to forgive is not easy for many of us, and it’s not only to forgive someone else, sometimes forgiving our past self is a challenge .. It’s just not enough to say “I’m sorry” or prefer not to think about certain experience ,suppress some painful emotions and pretend it’s never happened ... true forgiveness requires a deeper healing process .. . Sometimes we are not aware that we hold anger or guilt from the past ... . Practice forgiveness as you might not even realize that you actually hurt someone in the past without meaning it , maybe even in your thoughts.. .
