In this clip from Monday's full episode, Peter shares how he manages an all-virtual team of 200 employees (!!!) in 37 states and how that works from a leadership, communications and creative perspective. Kirsten and Peter discuss how communication becomes your superpower in a fully virtual working world. Peter is the CEO of TeamSnap, a team management software company at the forefront of the growing youth sports business. Peter joined TeamSnap in April 2021, bringing more than 20 years of software expertise combined with being a father of three and a former athlete. We're excited to have him on to talk about the future of youth sports, how he uses his sports background to increase levels of performance of his team and what he envisions for the future of youth sports.
