Shari talks about her experience at USATF Club Cross Country Nationals this past weekend, her Olympic Trials Qualifying race at the 2019 Chicago Marathon, and her time in Raleigh; which includes some of her favorite places to run, and to relax. She also discusses running at the famed York High School, and what she's doing to get ready for Atlanta.
