It's late March 2020 and the electrifying, entertaining, and inspiring Keynote Speaker Melanie Spring came home after speaking around the country only to find all of her bookings for the year canceled. Another business impacted by the COVID pandemic. However, Melanie is jovial and smiles during our conversation. She doesn't shy away from the vulnerability of the moment. She says it's the vulnerability that gives us our voice. I discuss with Melanie how she transformed her business model.
