After teaching for so many years I had to be intentional about my mornings because now I was in control. I could sleep in, and sometimes I did; however, this made me feel sluggish and simply out of control of my day.  At the end of the day I was asking myself,-        “What did I accomplish?” “Did I meet my goals?”  “What are my goals?”-        In this episode we will talk about how planning your morning with intention will lead to a productive and fulfilling day.-        The goal is to work smarter, not harder.   -        Your first hour…NO phone!-        Your BIG 3…the reason for this is you don’t feel overwhelmed by a huge “to do” list-        -the most successful people have morning routines or rituals. -        -this is when you need to do what works for you…YOU DO YOU, but do not just float through your day-        Biggest obstacles are all of the resources we have at our fingertips, specifically our smartphone.
