The title of this episode says it all! I believe there is a perception the world has of people who deal with having a mental illness. For me, that's a problem! Please know you are not weak for having a mental illness, going to therapy, seeing a psychiatrist, etc. You are learning how to better manage and take care of your mental health one day at a time. That doesn't make you weak. That makes you a 'Mental Health Warrior', someone choosing to continue to fight their own mental battles despite their mental obstacles. That's not weak, that's inspiring. Keep pushing forward. Keep breaking those mental barriers. You got this.
