Scottsdale, AZ 2001. Mary Fisher and her two children are murdered. Their throats slashed and a bullet put into Mary's head. The home was then rigged to explode. The suspect -- husband/father Robert Fisher. He's one of the FBI's Most Wanted and hasn't been seen since. Investigative reporter Rob Koebel is back on the case and gets closer to finding Fisher.
