In this episode, we explore the power of conscious connected breath to align with your highest self. The breath is a powerful tool that can help us release energetic blockages and connect our body, breath, and mind. By observing our breath and noticing where we may be holding on or restricting its natural flow, we can gain insight into our energetic, physical, and emotional states. Through deep somatic awareness, we can consciously connect our breath with our body and mind, leading to optimal integration and a heightened sense of well-being.


In this guided breathwork session, we engage in a simple breath pattern of inhaling for five counts and exhaling for five counts, with an open mouth to enhance the intensity. We explore the energetic centers of our body as we breathe, from the diaphragm to the sacral, heart, solar plexus, and throat, allowing our breath to flow through these centers and connect with our desires and authentic expression. We also emphasize the importance of letting go, releasing old patterns, and embracing a relaxed exhale.


Throughout the session, we encourage listeners to observe their breath, notice any sensations or emotions that arise, and recondition their thoughts to cultivate peace and expand
