Today’s guest is Brooke Feldman. Brooke is a person with a history of addiction; a licensed social worker with a graduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania; and a social justice activist who focuses on bringing about policy and practice change at the intersections of mental health, substance use and the many intertwined issues of social justice. Today she and I talk about her upbringing and her struggle with addiction and how she got to where she is today… she offers several important keynotes for families whose loved-ones may be facing distress related to substance use or really any other areas of life.
