Sidekicks. They get in the way more than they get to the goal. They're like heroes... but not really. Video games are no different. Our digital journeys are filled with countless sidekicks, companions, simps - call them what you want - and they drive us crazy with ill-timed commentary, horrible aim and "block the doorway" physics. Why can't we get away from them? When will they get the hint that we aren't interested in them sexually? In today's episode we take the time to do extensive research on all of gaming's most popular NPCs. Are they helping us for the good of the mission or, as Mr. Durst would say, did they do it all for the nookie?
