Hi there! We've arrived at the 34th episode of this series and are so grateful for the support along the way. What other way to express further gratitude than through the act of journaling. Journaling is a form of writing where one expresses themself in a manner that is free from judgment, fear, or outer expectations but looks inward to providing clarity for one's emotions and experiences from life. It's a process that provides "snapshots" of deriving wisdom from an experience and self-acceptance.
