We have another good one today. In this episode, we talk to our friend, Christopher Lam about his investing journey. Chris has a great story. He recognized early on that he would have to make himself uncomfortable to make himself comfortable. After a couple of tours oversees as a military contractor, Chris got himself to a place where he could begin investing out of state with some turnkey properties. The rest is history. Now Chris invests heavily with both flips and rentals. He has a ton of success with JVs and partnerships and has hyper-accelerated his investing recently.
