From boxing in the army, to Jeet Kune Do to then MMA, this episodes guest Ben Vickers has seen some of the toughest martial arts gyms around. The promoter/coach had his hands full between teaching and organising Eternal MMA 23 but we managed to get him just as he walked onto the mat to talk about his up coming event, who's doing the best trash talking on the card and which two fighters have been waiting years to get their hands on each other. Eternal 23 goes down on the 4th of March at the WA Italian Club.
