As a residential real estate broker in central Indiana, I have a specialty in Mid-Century Modern and Contemporary Architecture. This podcast, however, has very little (if anything) to do with Real Estate. I am obsessed with the people in my community and our "Culture Per Capita" quotient. Who are my neighbors? What are their passions? What are they contributing to our shared community? How can we help each other build a better city? How can we create a more just society?
