Meet Captain Russ Lewis, an Air Battle Manager in the U.S. Air Force and co-creator of Higher Level Leadership Conference. Captain Russ Lewis is currently stationed at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Captain Lewis is a native of Harrisville, Mississippi where he earned his commission through ROTC and started his career as a Force Support Officer at Keesler Air Force Base.
