Ever been responding to an Interview question and then start wondering: "What was the question again?" or "Did I cover everything which was being asked?" or one of the worst: "Did I forget something important?". I know I've experienced this plenty of times as a Job Seeker myself - and as a Recruiter, I see this happen quite often where Candidates I interview simply go off track or don't seem to be responding to what was being asked. Which often times leaves me as a Recruiter wondering: are they avoiding the question or do they not know their stuff? The fact is, most of you DO know your stuff and you're NOT avoiding the question - but you might be giving that impression.
