Striving to break down the stigma surrounding mental health I (Steven) have created a space in which talking about our problems is the norm. I want to promote opening up and welcoming those awkward and tough chats surrounding mental illness that people in all walks of life sometimes struggle to have. Every week I will be checking in with my own brain, having chats about different topics surrounding mental health and most importantly discovering some inspirational, brave, storytellers along the way too! We are here for you. You are NOT alone.
