Sam Tullis decided to make a surprise visit to Athens during the Christmas break and join me for a mini training camp. Sam and I have been racing together since we were nine and spent many years training together with Frazier Cycling and the Southeast Junior Triathlon Team. Since moving to Indiana nearly two years ago, I haven't gotten to spend a lot of time with Sam so it was nice to have him here and get him on the podcast. My dad took the lead on this interview since it was more of a trip down memory lane. Sam and I also give some advice to the younger youth elite athletes or those new to draft legal racing.
